This standard is applicable to the production of prevulcanized latex using high-ammonia centrifugal concentrated natural latex as raw material.
Concentrated natural latex must not only comply with the provisions of GB 8289, but also meet the following requirements: a) storage period 1-6 months; b) volatile fatty acid value below 0.05; c) free calcium and magnesium content below 2.0 mmol/kg.
When the latex temperature rises to 38-40°C, add the mixed dispersion.
